For Milan Design Week 2026, Occhio unveils Era, a new series of mobile luminaires. Era combines masterful craftsmanship with captivating light. The series embodies the highest standards of design and materiality and delights with magical 'joy of use' thanks to »touchless control«.
Defined by a solid glass body, precisely crafted from a single block and polished to maximum brilliance, Era makes a striking statement. Combined with the finest leather, it creates a distinctive, iconic style. The series is available in two versions – Era and Era lusso – as well as in different sizes and expressive silhouettes.
The Art of Reflection
Inside the luminaire, the Occhio fireball reveals its magic: it directs the light onto a gently curved, satin-finished reflector shade, which softly reflects it back into the room without glare. The result is an atmospheric lighting ambience with exceptional light quality. Thanks to »color tune«, the color temperature can be adjusted at any time – from invigorating cool light to warm, candlelight-like light.
A new Era of light and magic
Era stands for a new, emotional lighting experience: lighting moods can be changed intuitively with a gesture. Via »air sync«, several luminaires can be connected and controlled in sync – either through gesture control or via the Occhio air app. Thanks to the latest battery technology, the result is maximum freedom in lighting design.
Era lusso – mysterious elegance
With Era lusso, Occhio presents a particularly sensual interpretation: a shimmering, delicate mesh envelops the characteristic Occhio fireball, lending the light an almost magical aura. In exquisite finishes such as bronze or rose gold, combined with premium leather in marone or rosso, this creates a sensual object of light with extraordinary radiance.
