In the course of revitalizing a purpose-built factory building, state-of-the-art commercial space has been created in the form of the Gabrielenlofts. Light plays an essential role for the atmosphere in the rooms – and working there.

The man behind the concept

Uwe Binnberg initiated the revitalization of the Gabrielenlofts – and developed the former factory halls into modern commercial spaces. He thinks about light along with his projects at an early stage and creates the technical prerequisites already in the shell construction. He responds to the needs of clients and tenants with individual solutions in his projects – also in the lighting.
