Shipping & returns

We ship within Germany. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the same delivery terms apply to international shipments.

We offer free shipping within Germany and to select EU countries. For all other destinations, we will display the shipping costs during the ordering process.
Delivery will take place within 7 to 14 days of the contract being concluded. If advance payment has been agreed upon, the delivery period begins once your payment instruction has been processed. If the offer specifies a different timeframe, the timeframe stated in the offer shall apply.

We will combine your order into a single shipment, even if the delivery times for the individual luminaires differ. We can arrange for separate deliveries upon request. If you would like separate deliveries, please send us a message at info@occhio.com.

You can cancel your order at any time before your luminaires arrive. To do so, please email us at info@occhio.com.

We will process your order as usual, since you pay for the selected luminaire during the ordering process. Therefore, making a change requires canceling the original order and placing a new one.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. Please contact us at info@occhio.com – we will send you a return label.

We handle exchanges and returns in accordance with your right of withdrawal. If you would like a different luminaire, we will cancel your order or accept the return of the delivered luminaire, after which you can place a new order for the product you want.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the payment method you selected. You can find the full terms and conditions in our Legal Notice.
