At London Design Festival 2024 Occhio unveils Lunanova – the first chandelier from the leading German design and luxury brand. With its stunning features, Lunanova defines a completely new category, beyond anything you have ever experienced.
Lunanova is an extension of the sensual Luna series launched last year. It reinterprets the opulence of chandeliers in the truest sense. Lunanova combines spectacular design with highly innovative technology: sparkling PVD-coated glass spheres of varying sizes are arranged concentrically on a mirrored disc. Occhio’s groundbreaking new ‘fireball’ light source floats inside these spheres, providing powerful, directed light alongside a soft ambient lighting effect. And it wouldn’t be an Occhio chandelier if Lunanova didn’t offer fascinating control possibilities for magical lighting effects that surpass anything seen before: the incredible ‘supernova’ effect creates a stunning, fluid experience with different lighting scenes, while Occhio’s ‘colour tune’ allows the atmosphere to shift from cool to warm – whatever you imagine. Available in three different sizes, and both ceiling-mounted and suspended, Lunanova reveals its full potential in tall, prestigious rooms – an impressive, interactive centrepiece.
