3daysofdesign 2026: Occhio unveils a new dimension of culture of light with Era and Coro moon wave
Copenhagen/Munich, June 2026 – For 3daysofdesign 2026, the Occhio showroom on Palægade becomes a stage for culture of light. In a multi-layered presentation, exceptional product innovations and captivating stagings merge into a unique lighting experience. Highlights of the presentation are the world premiere of Era, the first wireless luminaire series in the luxury segment, and the impressive Coro moon wave, a three-dimensional light installation.
Era – The Art of Reflection
Under the title ‘The Art of Reflection‘, Occhio presents the world premiere of Era – a new series of mobile luminaires that combines masterful craftsmanship with captivating light and magical operation. Defined by a solid glass body, precisely crafted from a single block and polished by hand to maximum brilliance, Era makes a striking statement. Combined with the finest leather, Era unfolds its iconic style. At its center, the Occhio fireball radiates and directs the light onto a gently curved reflector shade, which softly reflects it back without glare, creating impressive reflections within the glass and a unique lighting atmosphere. Operating Era is a truly magical experience: with a gentle gesture, the lighting mood can be changed from invigorating cool light to warm, candlelight-like light. Thanks to »air sync«, several luminaires within a room can be effortlessly connected and controlled in sync – either by gesture or via the Occhio air app. Era will be available from autumn 2026 in two versions: Era in a transparent, purist version, and Era lusso with shimmering mesh in bronze and rose gold, combined with exquisite leather in marone or rosso. Both versions are available in two sizes for table and sideboard, and in two expressive silhouettes. A truly sensual object of light.
Coro & Coro moon: purist form, magical effect
Occhio opens up entirely new possibilities for holistic lighting design with the versatile Coro spotlight and luminaire series. With its minimalist design language and innovative zoom technology – or the Occhio fireball in the case of Coro moon – the series offers an extensive modular system of different spotlight models and pendant luminaires.
Coro moon wave: a three-dimensional lighting experience
The highlight of the Coro moon series is Coro moon wave – a captivating, three-dimensional installation composed of 21 Coro moon sospeso luminaires. Coro moon wave features perfect, glare-free and soft light thanks to the patented Occhio fireball technology, and can be controlled at each individual luminaire by gesture through synchronization. Individually scalable for different table settings and applications, it opens up an entirely new dimension.
Beyond the innovations, the Light Space opens up a view into the diversity of Occhio’s holistic lighting solutions and their effect within a space. In doing so, the presentation returns to the core of the culture of light: giving people the opportunity to design their living spaces with light at the highest level and enrich their quality of life.
