High Five

Kiss of horizons

Villa High Five is situated in a spectacular hillside location high above a western bay on Mallorca. Surrounded by light-coloured stone and lush vegetation, it offers a fantastic view of the sea. On four levels, the spacious architecture invites you to enjoy the space and atmosphere seamlessly transitioning into one another in a carefree manner. In the evening, this exhilarating mood is enhanced by the light from Occhio: it makes the home shine from the inside and glow from the outside.

Sensation without limit

The purist villa is architecture cast in minimalism. And yet, nothing is missing — it’s the deliberate reduction that provides a flawless stage for special moments. The seemingly endless flow of space is intentional: inside is outside — and vice versa. Thus, the terrace with its infinity pool becomes an extended living room, offering the perfect place to end a beautiful day in the gentle glow of Luna pura.

Mito cosmo move über dem Esstisch

In the best of company

The top floor accommodates the living and dining area with its own bar, show kitchen and prestigious dining area. To make this a special highlight, three height-adjustable Mito cosmo move were chosen, which are positioned above the table. But this is not the only reason for this decision. The generous glass surfaces on this level can be opened completely. This means that the luminaire can be completely retracted into the ceiling in windy conditions. Recessed downlights from the lui spotlight series are used as an accent to highlight individual areas.

Between day and night

While the lui piano v edge spotlights provide harmonious ambient lighting, Sento filo is the highlight at the headboard area – highlight – not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also from a technical one, with its rotatable head and directional light.

Simply dive in

Inside, a spa-like bathroom, outside, the sea. Here, the space flows across all architectural boundaries, accompanied by the light of the lui piano v edge spotlight, which perfectly complements the daylight mood.

Treppenhaus Mito

In the eye of the beholder

Even if the architecture appears very straightforward from the outside, the interior design has an organic feel. The curved open staircase is almost emblematic of this. A total of eight Mito sospeso pendant luminaires are positioned in the central air space, which hang down in pairs on each floor like a light sculpture. This luminous eye-catcher deserves special attention in any case: It was the remarkable excess length of the suspensions and the technical sophistication that made this impressive lighting composition possible.

Gioia lettura im Büro

Coming to rest

Socialising on one hand, privacy on the other: Directly adjacent to the master suite is a cozy lounge where you can withdraw. From here, too, there is a fantastic view over the bay that you won't want to miss. Next to the sofa, Gioia lettura, the floor luminaire with its focus light, provides the ideal illumination for reading and creates an inviting atmosphere throughout the room.
